The Spring Lake 5 marks the official start to Summer for many of the shore area runners. No more long sleeves, hats, gloves and closed rest rooms. Now we just worry about parking and finding some shade to run in or run earlier or later to avoid the heat.

Last weeks fire shut down the boardwalk between Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. We are pleased to let everyone know that the boardwalk connecting both towns is now back open again. No need to detour around Wesley Lake anymore. Enjoy running along the boards through all the coastal towns again.
The Jersey Shore Running Club's biggest event of the year was completed in Asbury Park this 1st weekend of April. Thank you for all of your support as it helps all of our charities.
Thank you to all of the event coordinators and the volunteers to make this event a major success!
