The Official Start to the Runner's Summer - Spring Lake 5 was held on Memorial Day Weekend!

The Spring Lake 5 marks the official start to Summer for many of the shore area runners.  No more long sleeves, hats, gloves and closed rest rooms.  Now we just worry about parking and finding some shade to run in or run earlier or later to avoid the heat.
