The Club's Thursday Summer Series for week 2 was a memorable one.  The Storm was fast approaching and the Kid's Half Mile and Mile Races just got in before the storm hit.  Just as the three mile race started the storm came in with strong winds and heavy rains.  The rain continued for most of the race but a giant rainbow could be seen greeting the runners at the finish.

in the race Jeremy Pilkington was first for the men followed closely for the women by Noel Brock who most certainly set a new course record.
