a. Enter lastname to list your membership information. Optionally, you could
enter firstname and zipcode.
b. Enter firstname only (e.g., Robert) to list all members with the firstname.
c. Enter zipcode only (e.g., 07702) to list all members in a zipcode.
d. To search with part of a name, enter the first few characters
(e.g., Hin to list names starting with Hin;
S to list names starting in S)
